Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Regional Head and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to accelerate customer acquisition across Southeast Asia.
- Direct the regional marketing roadmap and budget. You will be accountable for the end-to-end marketing strategy, including milestone setting and performance tracking. Key focus areas include brand development, market positioning, target segmentation, content strategy, digital growth, sales enablement, partner marketing, funnel optimization, and lifecycle management.

- At least 10 years of marketing expertise within the fintech, financial services, or e-commerce industries.
- Demonstrated success in driving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue expansion.
- Deep proficiency in digital channels, content creation, event management, and sales-integrated marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership background with a proven ability to manage marketing teams.
- Superior communication, analytical, and operational execution capabilities.
