Why does this job exist and why is it critical​

To lead the Maxis Center, focusing on delivering an unmatched customer experience. This role manages overall store performance, drives operational excellence, and develops the team to create a great service and high-performance culture.

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Drive store performance to meet and exceed all sales and service KPIs.
2. Lead, coach, and develop the store team to achieve targets and foster a positive culture.
3. Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory, cash management, and compliance.
4. Execute sales and service strategies to enhance customer experience and drive revenue.
5. Ensure strict adherence to all company SOPs, security policies, and audit requirements.
6. Create an innovative and customer-centric environment in the store.
