HEAD OF OPERATIONS & COLLECTIONS | DIGITAL FINANCIAL SERVICES | MALAYSIA

Its work has benefited a range of consumer financial services activities and improved users experiences, both internally and externally, from e-secure onboarding, data AI for client and risk management, to developing its own eco-partnerships to enable close-knit relationships with customers, bringing ethical, accessible financial products to the wider community.
This is a key hire reporting to the Country CEO, with responsibility over 100+ staff, and shall be responsible for the end-to-end digital financial services operations (payment, lending, etc), across customer service, collections, onboarding, merchant risk, AML/KYC, operational excellence, etc.
