Our Client has a renowned, visibly committed digital finance presence in the region, where it is seen as a forward-looking fintech taking the lead in investing in infrastructure and new technologies. Its work has benefited a range of consumer financial services activities and improved users experiences, both internally and externally, from e-secure onboarding, data AI for client and risk management, to developing its own eco-partnerships to enable close-knit relationships with customers, bringing ethical, accessible financial products to the wider community.

This is a key hire reporting to the Country CEO, with responsibility over 100+ staff, and shall be responsible for the end-to-end digital financial services operations (payment, lending, etc), across customer service, collections, onboarding, merchant risk, AML/KYC, operational excellence, etc.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years (VP-SVP equivalent in Banking) of experience in Malaysia's consumer lending industry in an operations, customer service and collections management capacity
  • Experience in fintech, unsecured, mobile wallets, and payments will be advantageous
