Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Operations Crypto at Monfi Digital Bank, located in Kuala Lumpur. The Head of Operations Crypto will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of crypto operations, formulating and implementing efficient operational strategies, managing daily operations, conducting performance analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role includes supervising team members, coordinating with other departments, managing budgets, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Operations Management and Budgeting skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct performance analysis
• Experience in Team Management and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving industry
• Experience in the crypto or financial technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
