Head of Operations (Fleet and Hub Management)

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the daily operations of the Malaysia Hub, managing the end-to-end process of sorting, loading, bagging, and dispatching.

2. Formulate Hub SOPs, monitor operational KPIs and lead-times, and drive continuous improvement to optimize efficiency.

3. Drive the adoption of digital tools in the Hub monitor capacity utilization and dynamically adjust staffing based on volume.

4. Manage linehaul/feeder fleet dispatching, vehicles, and drivers source outsourced capacity to support peak-season demands.

5. Manage transit budgets reduce transport costs by optimizing routes, improving load factors, and controlling vehicle expenses.

6. Lead team recruitment, training, and performance management enforce Hub safety standards to ensure operational stability.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.

2. Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in fleet and network routing.

3. At least 3 years of Managerial experience.
