GNA owned two subsidiaries—Galaxy One Network (GON) and Galaxy AIoT (GA) — driving innovation in telecommunications and next-generation technologies, including eSIM, AI, IoT, Web3, and robotic.

Job Summary/Objective:

The Head of Operations is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational execution, service reliability, and cross-functional workflow management across the organization.

This role acts as the central control layer to ensure seamless coordination between Commercial, Finance, Technical, and HR functions. The incumbent will drive process standardization, SLA governance, and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and execution discipline.

The role is critical in supporting the company's growth, platform scalability (eSIM, IoT), and IPO readiness by establishing a structured, data-driven, and automation-first operating model.

Key Responsibility:

  • Oversee NOC operations, service monitoring, and incident management
  • Ensure service uptime, system stability, and SLA compliance
  • Design and manage end-to-end workflows across Sales, Finance, Technical, and HR
  • Standardize processes and enforce SOPs across operations
  • Drive workflow automation and system integration
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Platform teams for system performance
  • Monitor operational KPIs and improve efficiency

Requirement & Qualifications:

  • 8–12 years of experience in operations, telecommunications, or technology-driven environments
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional workflows across departments (Sales, Finance, Technical, HR)
  • Strong capability in process design, SOP standardization, and workflow optimization
  • Hands-on experience in workflow automation and system integration
  • Familiarity with operational tools (ticketing, monitoring/NOC, CRM, billing systems)
  • Ability to work with Engineering/Platform teams and translate business needs into operational workflows
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and execution skills
  • High ownership mindset, structured approach, and ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced environment
