Head of Operations - Oil & Gas

Role Description

1. Plan, lead, organize, direct & implement the operations of the branch in all functional/ key result areas.

2. Ensure seamless day-to-day operation of the branch.

3. Manage branch financials like progress claims, retention fund, payment collective agreement etc.

4. Handle manpower requirements, material sourcing, project schedules, work-orders distributors.

5. Oversee contract administration, construction claims, legal and contractual issues.

6. Ensure project progress is as per schedule by visiting sites.

7. Recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and service level of the branch.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or equivalent in the relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in related field is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of oil and gas industries.
• Detailed knowledge of Blasting & Painting/ Scaffolding/ Insulation/ Fire-proofing/ Fabrication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Ms Word, Ms Power point, Ms Excel).
• Proven track record of successful leadership in a similar role
