You will be responsible to develop and implement business-driven organisational development initiatives to support business growth and expansion such as organisation structuring for business transformation, re-design job roles, ensuring effective KPIs alignment and cascading, talent pipeline development, succession plan, competency framework, employer branding and conducting employee engagement activities.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and research to design a robust organizational structure that aligns with our business direction and strategic transformation plans.
- Develop HR strategies that effectively support our organization's overall strategies and business plan.
- Lead organizational development projects, defining objectives, requirements, costs, duration, and budgets.
- Monitor and manage talent development programs, ensuring alignment with individual progress and organizational goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and recommend improvements to enhance employee development.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, job accountability refinement, and organizational structure enhancements to achieve a lean and agile organization.
- Identify core competencies, develop tailored development programs, and sustain these competencies within the workforce.
- Implement and monitor the effectiveness of workforce development programs, fostering a culture of coaching, learning, and growth.
- Conduct communication sessions to guide employees in effective KPI cascading and the annual performance management cycle.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of succession planning and talent management initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- 10 years of experience in Talent Management and Organizational Development roles within HR.
- Experience in people management.
