Job Responsibilities:
1.Global Strategy Planning & Execution
Formulate and implement market expansion strategies for DeepIntelli across three core regions: Southeast Asia, the Middle East and North America, and define phased business goals and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
Identify commercial opportunities of AI energy efficiency solutions in different countries, and tailor B2B product portfolios and solutions to local markets.
2.Regional Business Development & Key Account Management
Lead the development and project delivery of benchmark clients, including multinational corporations, overseas industrial parks and leading commercial real estate enterprises.
Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with local distributors, system integrators and ecosystem partners such as regional energy management firms and EPC contractors.
3.Local Team Building & Organizational Development
Recruit, build and empower local sales, pre-sales and delivery teams in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and North America.
Set up efficient cross-cultural and cross-timezone collaboration mechanisms, and build a high-performance local team with strong resource integration capabilities.
4.Global Brand Building & Industry Influence
Leverage the company's core technological strengths in Physical AI (PhyAI) to continuously enhance brand awareness and industry influence worldwide.
Job Requirements
1.Solid B2B Overseas Business Experience
Bachelor's degree or above. Candidates with combined academic backgrounds in Science & Engineering (Automation, HVAC, Energy, Computer Science, etc.) and Business are preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in overseas sales and team management for B2B technology, industrial or energy products, with proven successful track records in at least one of the target regions: Southeast Asia, the Middle East or North America.
2.In-depth Industry & Key Account Expertise
Prior experience in Building Automation (BA), industrial energy conservation, new energy, SaaS or IoT industries is highly preferred.
Demonstrate outstanding capabilities in both direct Key Account sales and channel sales, with the ability to navigate complex and long-cycle client decision-making processes.
3.Exceptional Cross-cultural Leadership
Hands-on experience in building local teams from scratch and managing local employees. Familiar with local employment compliance and business etiquette.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to align closely with domestic R&D and delivery teams for integrated business operations.
4.Language Proficiency & Self-motivation
Fluent in English for daily work, business negotiation and C-level presentations.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset, high resilience under pressure, and ambition to achieve career growth on the global stage.
