Job Description
- Lead and manage the purchase-to-pay process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in operations.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise procurement and payment workflows.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to procurement and payments.
- Analyse and report on financial data to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement processes with organisational goals.
- Resolve disputes and issues related to procurement and payment processes effectively.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the purchase-to-pay team, fostering professional development.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Head Of Purchase To Pay Should Have
- Strong knowledge of purchase-to-pay processes within the energy and natural resources industry. Procurement experience is a must too!
- Proven experience in financial operations and procurement management.
- Ability to manage compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data and improve processes.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and develop a high-performing team.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
