Key Responsibilities

Transform Physiotherapy Care Delivery

Lead the development of innovative physiotherapy models thatsupport acute, community and preventive care.
Drive integration across multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless patientjourneys.

Provide Strategic Clinical Leadership

Set the vision and direction for physiotherapy services aligned with organisational goals.
Ensure high standards of clinical governance, patient safety and evidence-based practice.

Build and Develop Future-Ready Teams

Lead, engage and grow a high-performing team of physiotherapists.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and innovation.

Deepen Community and Population Health Impact

Ensure continuity of care beyond hospital settings into community
Partner with stakeholders to improve functional outcomes and quality of lifefor patients.

Drive Innovation and Digital Adoption

Leverage technology, data and digital tools to enhance caredelivery, monitoring and patient engagement.
Champion new approaches including telerehabilitation and remote care models.

Strengthen Integrated Care Partnerships

Work closely with physicians, nurses, allied health and external partners to deliver coordinated care.
Influence system-wide approaches to rehabilitation and recovery.

Advance Operational Excellence

Optimise resources, workflows and service delivery for efficiency, sustainability, and scalability.
Use data and insights to drive performance improvements and service outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Physiotherapy postgraduate qualifications or relevant specialisation preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive clinical experience, with leadership responsibilities
  • Proven track record in leading teams and driving service transformation
  • Strong clinical governance and quality improvement expertise
  • Experience in acute and/or community care settings
  • Forward-thinking, adaptable and comfortable navigating complexity
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Passion for shaping the future of healthcare through rehabilitation
