Job Description
- Lead and oversee the development and implementation of financial processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor and manage financial risks to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting and finance operations.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and business growth.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Guide and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Head Of Process Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven knowledge of financial processes and compliance standards.
- Experience in managing and optimising accounting systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and risk management practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
