about the job
As the Head of Project Management, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between external clients and internal development teams. Your role liaises with C-suite business users and technical teams to dictate the project planning and oversee implementations for projects within the banking space. Skill sets such as timeline planning, risk management and budgeting will be crucial for the role. Given the large structure of the team, you will also be given the opportunity to gain international exposure working with stakeholders across the world.

job requirements

• At least 10 years of experience as a Program Manager leading a team
• Domain experience in banking or financial services
• Agile methodology preferred
• Plan and lead full cycle project implementation
• Hands on experience creating project governance, team goal setting, and process improvement initiatives
• Stakeholder management experience
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Bachelors in Computer Science or other relevant degrees
