We are looking for a hands-on Head of Regional Marketing to lead and grow our regional marketing across Southeast Asia.
This is a high-responsibility, target-driven leadership role with end-to-end ownership of regional marketing strategy, execution quality, and results. You will work closely with Product Development, Sales, E-commerce, and country teams to ensure that marketing is tightly aligned with product strategy, commercial objectives, and brand standards.
The role suits a senior marketer who enjoys being close to the work, setting clear priorities, and leading a strong regional team in a fast-moving, execution-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the regional marketing strategy across all brands and markets in Southeast Asia
- Set clear priorities for product launches, seasonal campaigns (SS/FW), and brand vs performance activity
- Oversee and guide the delivery of all product launches
- Provide final approval on all major marketing outputs, including campaign key visuals, catalogues, retail POS and VM materials, event branding, and major digital assets
- Own overall marketing budget allocation and ROI judgment across digital marketing, events, sponsorships, and trade marketing
- Work alongside Product Development (including China-based teams), Sales, and E-commerce
- Lead and develop a senior regional team across Brand & Campaign, Trade Marketing & Retail VM, Sports Marketing & Events, Digital Marketing, Design, and Marketing Operations
- Ensure strong operating discipline through clear briefs, realistic timelines, consistent reporting, and high execution standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
- 1520 years of marketing experience, with strong regional exposure in Southeast Asia
- Senior leadership background in sports brands, FMCG, or premium consumer brands
- Experience operating in multi-market, multi-channel environments
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on, execution-driven role with high accountability
- Proven ability to balance brand building with performance marketing and commercial outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Product, Sales, and E-commerce
- English: Fluent (required)
- Mandarin: Fluent (required direct interface with Product Development teams)
- Bahasa: A strong plus
