Job Description
- Define and execute the end-to-end RTM strategy across all channels nationwide.
- Oversee in-store management, including visibility, shelf compliance, and store execution standards.
- Lead demand forecasting and planning to optimize inventory, supply chain alignment, and stock availability.
- Drive category management initiatives to maximize sales and margin performance across key categories.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team and RTM professionals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure cohesive execution of business plans.
- Track and report on key RTM KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 10-12 years of FMCG experience, with hands-on RTM leadership and GT Sales in Malaysia.
- Demonstrated expertise in demand forecasting, category management, and in-store execution.
- Proven people leadership skills with experience managing a team of 5-10 professionals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel within Malaysia as required.
