Job Description

  • Define and execute the end-to-end RTM strategy across all channels nationwide.
  • Oversee in-store management, including visibility, shelf compliance, and store execution standards.
  • Lead demand forecasting and planning to optimize inventory, supply chain alignment, and stock availability.
  • Drive category management initiatives to maximize sales and margin performance across key categories.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team and RTM professionals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure cohesive execution of business plans.
  • Track and report on key RTM KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant


  • Minimum 10-12 years of FMCG experience, with hands-on RTM leadership and GT Sales in Malaysia.
  • Demonstrated expertise in demand forecasting, category management, and in-store execution.
  • Proven people leadership skills with experience managing a team of 5-10 professionals.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Malaysia as required.
