As part of its longterm growth strategy, this property director is seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead and drive the next phase of market expansion.
Your new role
The Sales Director will be responsible for formulating and executing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives across the property's portfolio. This role is critical to driving revenue, sales performance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong industry knowledge, leadership acumen, and a proven track record in property sales within Malaysia.
Part of your responsibilities would include:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project targets and overall company revenue goals.
- Lead market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategies to optimise market positioning.
- Provide strategic recommendations to Management on sales direction, new launches, and market opportunities.
- Set KPIs for teams and individuals, ensuring clear goals, tracking, and performance improvement programmes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to strengthen capabilities, productivity, and performance.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in property development sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success in leading sales teams to meet and exceed targets in the Malaysian property market.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics, buyer behaviour, and property sales regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly analytical, strategic, and results - driven.
