Job Description
- Own and execute the APAC commercial strategy across key markets
- Lead, coach and scale a regional sales and customer success team
- Drive enterprise new business acquisition across priority segments
- Transition offerings towards subscription and recurring revenue models
- Optimise go-to-market strategies across direct and partner channels
- Strengthen pipeline discipline, forecasting, and revenue visibility
- Partner with global stakeholders on product and market strategy
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of regional sales leadership experience
- Proven track record managing $50M+ revenue portfolios
- Strong hunter mindset with success in new logo acquisition
- Experience leading large, geographically distributed teams
- Background in digital transformation or SaaS/subscription models
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across global teams
