Job Description

  • Own and execute the APAC commercial strategy across key markets
  • Lead, coach and scale a regional sales and customer success team
  • Drive enterprise new business acquisition across priority segments
  • Transition offerings towards subscription and recurring revenue models
  • Optimise go-to-market strategies across direct and partner channels
  • Strengthen pipeline discipline, forecasting, and revenue visibility
  • Partner with global stakeholders on product and market strategy

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of regional sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record managing $50M+ revenue portfolios
  • Strong hunter mindset with success in new logo acquisition
  • Experience leading large, geographically distributed teams
  • Background in digital transformation or SaaS/subscription models
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders across global teams
