As the Sales Head at Perfios, the incumbent will be responsible for spearheading and executing our sales strategy to meet and surpass revenue goals in the ASEAN - Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore and Indochina market. The role is pivotal in establishing strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement strategic sales plans aimed at achieving company objectives and driving revenue growth within the ASEAN - Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore and Indochina market.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, enhancing their skills and performance while fostering a collaborative and dynamic sales culture.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders, gaining insights into their business challenges and providing value-driven solutions.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, assess competition, and pinpoint opportunities for growth.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate sales metrics, providing regular updates to senior management on performance relative to targets and market conditions.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product development and customer success teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and a seamless customer experience.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients and successfully close deals that align with company objectives and profitability goals.
Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 10 years in B2B technology sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth. Established network of C-suite relationships within the BFSI sector in ASEAN - Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore and Indochina is essential.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of customer onboarding and assessment processes in both retail and institutional banking environments.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team, with strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of technology products and services, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences. Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and client needs to inform strategic business decisions.
