Job Summary
Our client, a fast-growing global technology company specializing in AI-powered creative software solutions, is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead its commercial function and drive revenue growth across international markets.
Reporting to senior leadership, this role will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy, expanding enterprise and strategic partnerships, building a high-performing sales team, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a commercially astute sales leader with a strong background in SaaS or technology sales and experience scaling high-growth businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and driving performance.
- Drive new business development, enterprise sales, and strategic partnerships across key markets.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and overall commercial performance to ensure targets are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support go-to-market initiatives and customer growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Establish scalable sales processes and ensure effective use of CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and strategic business engagements as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline. An MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership position.
- Proven experience leading and scaling sales teams within SaaS, software, technology, AI, cloud, or digital solutions industries.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Experience managing enterprise sales and strategic accounts.
- Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and sales analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Willingness to travel when required.
