About the Role

RenoDaddy is seeking a Head of Sales Designer to lead our design-led sales strategy and signature interior design direction. This role is pivotal in defining, evolving, and scaling RenoDaddy's Signature Design Schema: a structured, repeatable, and recognisable design system that drives sales efficiency, quality consistency, and brand identity across all renovation projects.

You will operate at the intersection of design leadership, sales enablement, and project execution, ensuring every RenoDaddy design solution reflects our core design philosophy, pricing logic, and operational standards, while remaining highly market-relevant and homeowner-centric.

Key Responsibilities: Signature Design Leadership

  • Take full ownership in conceptualising, defining, and evolving RenoDaddy's Signature Design Schema, including layout principles, material palettes, styling language, and cost-controlled design frameworks.
  • Translate market trends, homeowner behaviour, and lifestyle needs into scalable, repeatable design systems aligned with RenoDaddy's brand positioning.
  • Establish and maintain design SOPs, playbooks, and reference libraries to ensure consistency across all sales and project teams.

Sales-Led Design & Client Engagement

  • Lead design-driven sales engagements, ensuring RenoDaddy's signature designs are clearly communicated, confidently presented, and effectively converted.
  • Act as the design authority during client consultations, guiding homeowners on layout optimisation, material selection, and budget alignment using RenoDaddy's standardised design schema.
  • Prepare and present design concepts, space planning, and costing proposals through mood boards, sample boards, mock-ups, 3D visuals, and structured client presentation decks.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure design proposals are commercially viable, scalable, and margin-conscious.

Project Coordination & Execution Support

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure the approved signature design intent is accurately translated into execution drawings and site implementation.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, outsourced designers, and contractors to maintain adherence to RenoDaddy's design and quality standards.
  • Conduct site visits and site supervision where required to validate design execution and resolve design-related issues.
  • Oversee and manage design-related costing, ensuring consistency between proposal, execution, and final delivery.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Mentor and guide Sales Designers, strengthening their ability to sell, explain, and execute RenoDaddy's signature designs confidently.
  • Provide regular updates to management on design performance, project status, risks, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Host internal design reviews, client presentations, and cross-functional coordination meetings as required.
  • Support RenoDaddy's expansion initiatives by adapting the signature design schema for new project types and property developments.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Built Environment, or Project Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior design with strong exposure to sales-driven and execution-focused renovation projects.
  • Proven ability to conceptualise structured design systems, not just one-off designs.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience aligning design decisions to pricing, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Solid technical capability to deliver projects from concept to on-site execution.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented renovation environment.
