Job Description

Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead and scale a high-performing sales team, including coaching and performance management
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities in digital security, payment solutions, and identity technologies

Business Development

  • Drive enterprise sales across key sectors (banking, fintech, telecom, public sector)
  • Build strong pipelines and close large, complex deals
  • Strengthen relationships with strategic clients and partners

Market & Product Positioning

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align solutions with market needs
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence
  • Support go-to-market initiatives for secure digital and card-based solutions

Financial Performance

  • Own and deliver on revenue targets, profitability, and forecasting
  • Ensure effective pipeline management and reporting

The Successful Applicant

Experience

  • 10-15+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in one or more of the following:
    • Smart cards / payment cards
    • Digital security solutions
    • Identity & authentication technologies
    • Banking, fintech, or telecom solutions
Skills & Competencies

  • Proven ability to close high-value enterprise deals
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
  • Established network within banking, payments, or government sectors

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • MBA is an advantage
