Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in the machinery and hardware sector, targeting retail distributors and dealers.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve individual and team goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns promptly.

The Successful Applicant


A successful Head of Sales (Machinery & Hardware) should have:
