This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales Operations located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Head of Sales Operations will oversee the optimization of sales processes, lead strategic business planning, and implement improvements to operational efficiency. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, developing robust business strategies, streamlining workflows, and ensuring effective communication between various teams to meet sales objectives and drive growth.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess sales performance and derive actionable insights
• Experience in strategic Business Planning and the ability to create effective growth strategies
• Proficiency in Business Process Improvement to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
• Expertise in Sales Operations management and working knowledge of sales processes and systems
• Effective leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating sales teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills to facilitate collaboration across departments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in sustainability-focused business initiatives is a plus
