The Head of Sales & Parents Relations leads the strategic growth of ACE EdVenture Group through both sales excellence and deep, trust-based relationships with parents. This dual role combines enrollment-driven strategy with high-touch relational care, turning parents into advocates, not just customers.
This role is responsible for:
- Meeting enrollment and revenue targets
- Leading internal and external sales teams
- Designing and executing a structured Parents Relations function that nurtures satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals
- Ensuring every parent touchpointfrom first inquiry to graduationfeels intentional, empowering, and aligned with ACEs mission
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation
- Define and implement the schools sales strategy to achieve enrollment and revenue targets
- Lead, train, and mentor internal and external sales teams
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to create cohesive campaigns and messaging
- Shorten the sales cycle through optimized lead handling, CRM strategy, and high-converting processes
- Identify and expand new sales channels, including partnerships and corporate tie-ups
- Design and oversee incentive structures and aggregator/agent programs
- Translate revenue targets into achievable KPIs for the team
Parents Relations & Retention
- Establish and lead a structured Parents Relations Department
- Design and execute the Parent Journey from onboarding to offboarding, with mapped touchpoints across all major milestones
- Develop systems to proactively gather parent feedback, monitor satisfaction, and track sentiment
- Resolve parent concerns with empathy, speed, and follow-up
- Lead initiatives that educate and align parents with ACEs innovative philosophy (e.g. workshops, meet-the-founder sessions, behind-the-scenes content)
- Collaborate with Academic & Ops teams to prevent issues before they arise and maintain transparency during change or crisis
Advocacy, Referrals & Cross-Selling
- Convert satisfied parents into brand advocates through referral programs and community engagement
- Curate upsell journeys for premium programs (Study Coaching, Biosphere, Camps, etc.)
- Track and grow the schools parent-based word-of-mouth marketing
- Identify emerging needs among parents that can lead to new services or value-adds
Requirements and Skills
- Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in education, hospitality, or customer-experience-driven industries
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Strong background in CRM systems, lead generation, and pipeline conversion
- Experience designing customer or parent journeys is a strong advantage
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
- Passion for education and alignment with ACEs vision to nurture future-ready learners
- Comfortable presenting to both parents and leadership teams
- Strategic thinker who also enjoys being hands-on with execution
