- Develop and implement sales performance and campaign management strategies.

- Implement sales incentive programs to motivate the team.
- Manage the sales performance budget.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales processes.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.
- Ensure the sales team has the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
Job requirement
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Proven experience in sales management, training and leadership roles
- Strong business acumen and knowledge in sales processes
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills and ability to perform data analysis
