Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales performance and campaign management strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement and campaign tracking,
  • Develop and implement training strategies/ programs.
  • Set performance goals and monitor progress.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with the sales team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain sales performance metrics.
  • Identify and address performance issues within the sales team.
  • Create and deliver sales performance reports to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Implement sales incentive programs to motivate the team.
  • Manage the sales performance budget.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales processes.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.
  • Ensure the sales team has the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Proven experience in sales management, training and leadership roles
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge in sales processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills and ability to perform data analysis
