We are looking for a passionate and skilled Head of Sales to lead the talent development department to empower businesses through customized training, leadership programs, and performance optimization. This talent is expected to build a disciplined, high performing sales team and position the company as a trusted partner in organisational development. This role oversees sales strategy, pipeline management, and team performance, while also carrying an individual sales target.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Drive overall team performance and ensure consistent achievement of sales KPIs
- Own and deliver an individual sales target alongside team target
- Build and maintain a strong, sustainable sales pipeline
2. Market Development & Solution Positioning
- Lead market penetration strategies for AZEO's L&D solutions, including corporate training programmes, leadership and power skills development, teambuilding and employee engagement solutions
- Position the company as a strategic L&D partner by aligning solutions to client business needs
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across key industries
3. Team Management & Capability Building
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve high performance
- Set clear KPIs and performance expectations aligned with business goals
- Conduct regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of sales talents
4. Sales Process Optimisation
- Strengthen and standardise the end-to-end sales process: Lead qualification, Needs analysis, Solution presentation, Proposal development, Negotiation and closing
- Improve conversion rates and sales efficiency across all stages
- Ensure strong collaboration with Marketing and Operations teams
5. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders
- Support the team in closing strategic and high-value deals
- Drive client retention, repeat business, and long-term partnerships
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track, analyse, and report sales performance metrics
- Monitor pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and conversion rates
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting by the sales team
Key Requirements:
1. Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferred in corporate training, L&D, HR solutions, or consulting
- At least 3 years in a sales leadership or managerial role
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Recommend pricing and proposal structures within company guidelines
- Make hiring and performance management decisions for the sales team (in consultation with CEO/HR)
