We are seeking an experienced leader to join a regional shared services organisation, overseeing end-to-end fund services delivery across multiple markets. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, governance, service quality, and continuous improvement across a team of approximately 50 professionals supporting private equity fund structures and clients.
In this role, you will:
- Lead large operational functions, managing complex escalations and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee fund administration, fund accounting, reporting, and operational processes supporting private equity funds.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service performance, client experience, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive process optimisation, risk management, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business growth.
- Build and develop high-performing teams, strengthening leadership capability and technical expertise within the organisation.
- Contribute to medium- and long-term service transformation, scalability, and operational strategy across multiple markets.
We are looking for someone with:
- Private Equity fund administration experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of experience within Fund Administration, Fund Services, or Alternative Investments, with significant exposure to Private Equity fund structures.
- Proven experience leading large, multi-layered teams within shared services, fund operations, or fund administration environments.
- Strong understanding of private equity fund lifecycle, investor servicing, fund accounting, capital calls, distributions, and reporting.
- Exposure to governance frameworks, audit, risk management, and compliance oversight.
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, standardisation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership, clients, and regional teams.
- Experience working across regional or multi-market operations is highly preferred.
