Join us to lead the charge in solar operations-own the full journey from order fulfilment to installation and activation, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction. You'll manage teams, partners, and processes to deliver high-impact, sustainable energy solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Fulfilment & Processing

  • Manage the end-to-end sales order flow, from customer purchase to system handover.

  • Ensure orders are accurately recorded, validated, and processed in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to understand demand pipeline and prioritize accordingly.

2. Logistics & Inventory Coordination

  • Plan and manage timely delivery of solar panels, inverters, and materials to installation sites.

  • Procure equipment / materials when inventory below minimum quantity.

  • Track inventory levels, anticipate shortages, and manage just-in-time inventory practices.

  • Work with logistics partners and internal supply chain team to optimize delivery schedules and costs.

3. Installation Planning & Execution

  • Schedule and coordinate contractors/installation partners based on material readiness and customer availability.

  • Ensure installations are completed according to quality and safety standards.

  • Monitor field operations and troubleshoot any execution issues.

4. Service Activation & Handover

  • Oversee post-installation checks and inverter activation process.

  • Ensure that the monitoring system is up and running for the customer.

  • Coordinate customer handover and manage activation documentation.

5. Performance Monitoring & Improvement

  • Track KPIs such as installation lead time, on-time delivery, and operational cost per install.

  • Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvements.

  • Build SOPs and workflows to ensure consistency and scalability.

6. Team & Partner Management

  • Manage a team of operations associates and logistics coordinators.

  • Maintain close relationships with contractors, logistics partners, and suppliers.

  • Enforce service level agreements (SLAs) with all vendors and partners.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in operations, preferably in renewable energy, telecom, or FMCG with minimum 5 years of leadership/people manager experience

  • Strong coordination and project management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment.

  • Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or installation workflows.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
