Role Overview
Responsible for driving solution sales growth across the region while leading a team of solution sales specialists. The role focuses on expanding strategic accounts, developing new business opportunities, and supporting complex enterprise deals while working closely with account teams and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional revenue growth by achieving sales targets across networking, security, cloud, UC&C, and managed services solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of solution sales specialists to strengthen pipeline development and sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers and senior stakeholders to support strategic deals.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies, including identifying new market opportunities and tracking competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams across product, marketing, and sales enablement to position solutions and support complex enterprise opportunities.
Requirements
- 1015 years of experience in enterprise solution sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- At least 5 years of experience leading solution engineering teams.
- Strong expertise in telecommunications and enterprise technology solutions including SD-WAN, SASE, networking, UC&C, security, and managed services.
- Experience managing complex enterprise deals and transformation programs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to sales performance.
