About The Role
As Head of HR Shared Service Center & APAC Countries, you are accountable for end-to-end HR service delivery across the APAC region, operating through a scalable Shared Service Center model. You lead both HR Operations and Talent Attraction service delivery, ensuring consistency, compliance, and measurable performance across countries.
At senior leadership level, you translate global People strategy into regional execution, driving operational excellence, process standardization, and digital enablement to deliver a high-quality employee and manager experience at scale.

You will lead and continuously evolve HR service delivery across APAC, ensuring efficiency, governance, and strong business alignment:
- Own and develop the APAC HR service delivery operating model, including SSC and country interfaces, with clear governance and accountability structures
- Translate global HR strategy into regional priorities, roadmaps, and performance targets aligned to business needs
- Lead HR Operations service delivery across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring standardized and high-quality execution
- Lead the Talent Attraction organization, ensuring consistent hiring delivery, strong candidate experience, and adherence to defined processes and SLAs
- Establish and manage service performance frameworks, including SLAs, KPIs, dashboards, and regular operating reviews
- Drive operational excellence across HR and Talent Attraction, focusing on cycle time reduction, data quality, and service experience improvements
- Lead regional process harmonization and transformation initiatives, including automation, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled improvements
- Ensure HR processes are fully enabled through systems (HRIS, ATS, case management) and supported by strong data governance
- Own vendor strategy and performance across HR Operations and Talent Attraction, ensuring quality, cost control, and compliance
- Act as senior escalation point for service delivery risks, stakeholder expectations, and operational challenges across APAC
- Lead, develop, and grow high-performing teams across HR Operations and Talent Attraction, including leadership capability and workforce planning
This is you
You are an experienced HR leader with a strong background in Shared Services, operational excellence, and multi-country leadership:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in HR, Business, or a related field
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or transformation environments
- Proven experience leading multi-country HR service delivery, ideally within APAC
- Strong expertise in Shared Services models, service catalogues, SLA management, and process standardization
- Solid understanding of end-to-end Talent Attraction delivery, including metrics, governance, and technology
- Experience with HR systems and digital enablement (HRIS, ATS, workflow tools), including transformation and optimization initiatives
- Strong track record in driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and large-scale transformation
- Executive-level stakeholder management with the ability to influence across regions and functions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate complex topics and influence senior stakeholders across regions and functions
- Strong data-driven mindset with disciplined performance management and decision-making
- Ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable outcomes in complex environments
- Proven leadership capability, including leading managers and building high-performing teams
- Strong risk awareness and judgement in compliance-sensitive HR domains
