Job Description
- Lead and manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand, supply and production capabilities.
- Oversee demand planning, forecasting and inventory optimisation to ensure product availability and service excellence.
- Manage procurement activities covering raw materials and packaging materials while ensuring supply continuity and cost efficiency.
- Drive production planning and replenishment strategies to support business objectives and customer requirements.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, planning accuracy and supply chain performance.
- Monitor and improve key supply chain metrics including forecasting accuracy, service levels, inventory health and supplier performance.
- Develop strong cross-functional partnerships with manufacturing, commercial and operational stakeholders.
- Lead, coach and develop the planning and procurement teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Head Of Supply Chain Should Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven supply chain leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in planning, procurement, inventory management and S&OP.
- Experience within the food & beverage, FMCG or related manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
- Demonstrated track record in driving process improvements and supply chain optimisation initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience leading and developing supply chain teams.
