Job Responsibilities:
• Act as a strategic business partner across functions, with a strong understanding of trading and commercial operations, to drive overall business performance and operational excellence.
• Lead and manage relationships with logistics partners and third-party vendors (warehousing and transportation), including contract negotiation, SLA management, and performance optimisation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and logistics operations to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, accuracy, and delivery lead times, ensuring optimal order fulfilment and service levels.
• Oversee capacity planning, demand forecasting, and resource utilisation to support peak trading periods and long-term business growth.
• Ensure full compliance with local and international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company operational standards, while implementing robust risk mitigation and business continuity plans.
• Lead, coach, and inspire logistics and warehouse teams, fostering a high-performance culture, strong collaboration, and continuous development.
Job Reqirement:
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 6–10 years in a senior leadership capacity (Head of Department or Senior Manager), preferably within Retail, FMCG, or logistics environments
• Proven experience managing multi-country supply chain operations in Southeast Asia.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
• Strong leadership and excellent stakeholder management.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in supply chain analytics tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Good command in English.
