Job Responsibilities:
Develop business potential by planning and implementing tactical sales & marketing strategies, setting team goals and directions in order to source for new avenues for business growth
Provide guidance and direction to Direct Sales & Telemarketing channels to achieve their sales target to meet KPI.
Support with coaching and motivation to all sales force in order to continuously improve and enhance staff competencies.
Drive solicitation for PFS business through acquisition and deepening strategies, focusing on good customer service, widening of acquisition scope and leveraging on business partners network as appropriate.
Work closely with business units within the bank to ensure delivery of customer satisfaction on product and services, compliance of relevant guidelines & policies as well as complaint handling and credit risk management.
Build and foster strong teamwork and inter departmental working relationships.
Job requirements:
Malaysian Citizen
Candidate must possess minimum Diploma in any business related field.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in managing a sales team with proven track record
