Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute high-impact trade marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Lead the rollout and milestone measurement of the company's 4 Trade Compliance Modules.
- Oversee the flawless, on-time delivery of National and Customized Trade Campaigns, alongside high-impact visibility programs (POSM and secondary displays).
- Conduct timely and consistent business reviews with CDM, Branch, and Brand teams.
Market Intelligence & Analytics
- Analyze market data and shopper insights to design proactive programs that capitalize on opportunities and neutralize market threats.
- Track performance metrics rigorously to make data-driven decisions and optimize initiative effectiveness.
- Develop advanced trade analytic templates and drive the automation of manual data into actionable insights to upgrade team competency.
- Consistently review Nielsen, scan data, and market research to pivot swiftly to changing trade environments.
Budgeting & ROI Accountability
- Monitor, optimize, and manage trade marketing budgets and resource allocations.
- Establish robust Budget Management processes, clear benchmarks, and conduct strict ROI reviews on core trade spend.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and capability building to cultivate a high-talent trade marketing pool.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Sales Branches, CDM, Brand Marketing, and Supply Chain.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key weighted retailers and trade partners, driving terms negotiations and resolving compliance issues.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or an equivalent field.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of channel and trade marketing experience strictly within the FMCG industry.
- Track Record: Proven history of delivering market share growth, strong product presence, high visibility, and successful key retailer programs.
- Core Skills:
- Expertise in channel/trade planning, strict budget (ROI) control, execution, and review.
- High proficiency in utilizing trade research tools (e.g., Nielsen audit, Scan data, Shopper research).
- Strong Business Intelligence (BI) skills, alongside excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for developing team capabilities.
- Added Advantage: Digital/E-commerce savvy, specifically with knowledge of TikTok Shop and modern digital trade channels.
