Head of Transformation, Group Strategic Procurement, Group Finance

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive procurement digital roadmap: AI for matching/analytics, RPA/BOTS for routine tasks, process automation.
• Lead end-to-end project management for system implementations/upgrades and integrations.
• Conduct process mapping/re-engineering; identify automation opportunities for touchless targets.
• Manage change management, stakeholder buy-in, training, and benefits realization tracking.
• Collaborate with IT/vendor partners on technical solutions and proof-of-concepts.
• Monitor emerging technologies (GenAI, predictive procurement); pilot innovations.
• Ensure alignment with governance/compliance during transformations.
• Report on transformation KPIs and ROI to leadership.

Job Requirements:

• Experienced in digital transformation/procurement projects/
• Bachelor's/Master's in IT, Business Process Management, or related; PMP/Lean Six Sigma/Agile certifications preferred.
• Expertise in AI/RPA tools, S2P platforms, and change management frameworks.
• Strong project leadership, technical acumen, and innovation mindset.
