Job Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, standardization, SLA compliance, and ISO certification across all branches.
- Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute operational strategies, support expansion initiatives, and lead digital transformation, automation, and network optimization projects.
- P&L Management: Own divisional financial performance, drive cost optimization, improve margins, and partner with Finance on budgeting and forecasting.
- Service Excellence: Collaborate with Sales and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality logistics solutions and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Performance & Analytics: Monitor KPIs (e.g., delivery performance, cost efficiency, fleet utilization, productivity) and leverage data for continuous improvement.
- Leadership Development: Build high-performing teams, develop talent pipelines, and foster a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to logistics regulations, safety standards, and governance frameworks.
- Executive Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally to support strategic decision-making and business objectives.
Job Requirement:
· Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
· 15+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations.
· 8–10 years in senior leadership roles managing large operational teams.
· Experience managing multi-site logistics operations or nationwide networks.
· Strong exposure to 3PL logistics, freight forwarding, contract logistics, or e-commerce logistics.
