Responsible in overseeing and managing the seamless execution of projects related to both production wells, the abandonment of old wells and the decommissioning of mature assets. Span project management, strategic planning, and operational execution to ensure the efficient and cost-effective delivery of integrated well services and decommissioning projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop existing services & offerings under W&D, secure new projects and expand the division offerings by introducing new services.
- Develop and implement strategies for integrated well services and decommissioning projects, aligning with the organization's long-term energy solutions.
- Oversee project teams in planning, execution, and monitoring of IWS and decommissioning projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Oversees day to day operation throughout the division segments. Manage project managers under W&D to ensure safe and successful execution of projects.
- Drive operational efficiency by optimizing processes, resource utilization, and implementing best practices in the field of well services and decommissioning.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and foster positive relationships.
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- In charge of division revenue and P&L, setting budgets for division and projects, financial management of IWS and decommissioning projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the Company.
- Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in the Offshore Upstream Oil and Gas industry, with at least five (5) years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in project management and execution, specifically in integrated well services and decommissioning.
