Functional (job responsibilities)
Representsthe Bank in external engagement to seek opportunities and intelligence in creating competitive edge for Auto Loan
Lead development ofinnovative, relevant and cost-efficient below-the-line product marketing and acquisition programs
Contribute constructively and creatively in the planning and implementation stages of program / initiative to drive maximum sales top of mind and awareness
Work with respective internal and external stakeholders to ensure these programs are properly executed in a timely manner with the approved promotion strategies, product / sales / marketing communications and marketing budgets
Support Head of Sales, Auto Loan on marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity and quality
Work closely with Auto Loan directsales channelto ensure proper and timely execution of all programs and promotions
Monitor and analyze pre and post campaign performance to ensure results are on track and if not, to identify the problems / issues and recommend solutions to rectify them
Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data from various sources to keep track on sales momentum and productivity
Develop and review new / existing Management Information data with key trends to develop analytic insights for the auto loan business
Support and assist PFS Auto Loan on any other ad-hoc managerial / Bankwideinitiative.
