Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Value-adding thought partner for the transformation leaders and sector strategy units in the advisory of their strategies to ensure alignment with Group's transformation objectives
  • Ensure synergies of the strategies with other on-going initiatives and transformation areas at the Programme, Sectoral and Enterprise level
  • Ensure the transformation programmes are optimized to run and execute their initiatives across all parts of its operating model which includes - People & Structure [programme are rightly organised and equipped with the right size, right roles and right capabilities aligned to the mission of the transformation programme], Technology [enabling the transformation areas to be equipped with the right tool and platform to effectively execute their strategies] and Process [where applicable, to highlight, revisit, or redesign parts of processes to ensure smooth transformation execution]
  • Take heed in removing blockers for transformation programmes which includes but not limited to diagnose of blockers, orchestrate teams across the Group to solutionise initiatives and drive the execution of such initiatives
  • Proactive in orchestrating and connecting the transformation programmes with key stakeholders across the Group particularly acting as an honest broker between multiple parts of the organisation
  • Drive the Agile Ways of Working for the transformation programmes ensure adherence to Agile ceremonies, mindset, and usage of the right tools to drive productivity, customer centricity and MVP approach
  • Ensure on-time and accurate reporting of the transformation indicators and metrics for consolidation at the programme and Enterprise level
  • Working collaboratively with other GTO Heads and Director to ensure GTO is running efficiently, constantly improving internal team dynamic and oneness of GTO

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in strategy / transformation / consulting roles
  • Strong strategic thinking, ability to challenge & shape strategies, enterprise view and systems thinking, familiarity with Group priorities.
  • Strong TOM (target operating model) / operating model design capability, problem-solving mindset, experience working across multiple functions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, ability to influence without authority, build strong network across Group.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery in non-IT functions, ability to coach senior leaders and teams, credibility in transformation
  • Strong performance management and governance skills, comfort with both strategic and operational metrics.
