Lead and execute the Group Audit modernisation strategy, including defining and managing the multiyear transformation roadmap.
Govern, prioritise and monitor strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with MGA strategy and enterprisewide priorities.
Drive largescale change management across MGA, including communications, stakeholder engagement and adoption readiness.
Modernise audit methodologies and ways of working, including agile practices, process standardisation and collaborative delivery.
Build a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, strengthening capabilities across audit delivery and transformation.
Accelerate results through responsible use of analytics, automation and AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini), in line with Maybank's digital and AI governance.
Act as a key interface with senior management, regulators and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations.
Lead and develop the Strategic Delivery Office team, building strong change, digital and delivery capabilities.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT or related discipline.
Experienced in transformation, management consulting, process optimisation or digital change leadership.
Proven experience leading largescale, multiyear change or transformation programmes in complex organisations.
Experience in change management and transformation delivery (consulting background is an advantage).
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Lean, Agile (e.g. ICA Agile), Prosci, or equivalent transformation / change credentials are an advantage.
Strong strategic thinking and visionsetting capability.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior leadership engagement.
Deep understanding of change management principles and adoption strategies.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
High level of communication, empathy and relationshipbuilding skills.
Working knowledge of AI and digital productivity tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini).
