Overview: Lead the strategic portfolio of AI, hyper automation, RPA, and cloud transformation across the bank's enabler functions. This role will drive enterprise-wide efficiency, compliance, and scalability by aligning intelligent technologies with business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for AI, RPA, hyper automation, and cloud initiatives aligned with business strategy
- Identify and pilot emerging technologies
- Champion digital transformation across enabler functions, ensuring measurable impact on efficiency, compliance, and customer experience
- Oversee the full lifecycle of automation and cloud programsfrom ideation to deployment and optimization
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics for each initiative
- Identify emerging technologies and use cases to future-proof operations
- Drive adoption of AI-powered decision-making tools and intelligent workflows
- Ensure all solutions meet regulatory, cybersecurity, and data governance standards
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 8-10 year's experience leading enterprise automation, AI, or cloud transformation programs
- Strong understanding of RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI/ML frameworks
- Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering cross-functional impact
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with banking or regulated industries is a plus
