Job Description

  • Design and lead the overall sales capability framework for the wealth sales and management team
  • Align training and coaching strategies with business goals and customer needs
  • Develop strategies to improve sales team and management sales effectiveness, up-skilling and cross-selling across all segments
  • Build and manage a team of wealth sales coaches who provides on-the-job coaching and performance feedback
  • Design and implement a structured sales coaching framework including tools, scorecards and KPIs
  • Drive coaching culture across the channels and sales leadership team - to ensure continuous learning and improvement
  • Create and oversee training and development programs for new hires, career progression development program and others
  • Ensure strong focus on advisory-led selling, investment & insurance sales and customer focus
  • Work closely with sales leadership team to identify underperformers and provide targeted development support
  • Partner with HR, Academy and Compliance to ensure alignment on performance improvement plans and regulatory training
