  • Executing 360 recruitment cycle (source clients and hire candidates).
  • Assisting clients in end-to-end cooperation process.
  • Providing consultation and solutions to clients.
  • Sourcing candidates CV, filtering by interview and propose to clients.
  • Handling end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing until join date).
  • Coach and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on best practices, recruitment strategies, and process improvements.
  • Maintain relationship and active communication with clients.
  • Maintain relationship with the candidates after placement.
  • Developing talent pipelines and networking.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about recruitment/talent acquisition
  • Proven experience in full 360° recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
  • Strong talent search and candidate sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage top talent across various channels.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good team player and people management skills
  • Sales/target driven, resilient, able to handle pressure
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Desire to self-learning, improvement and career growth
