You are responsible for supporting the HSE activities and programs which includes the execution of the HSE Plan.
What You'll Do
- Assist in HSE Audits and Inspections: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements by supporting internal audits and safety inspections.
- Participate in Incident Investigations: Help investigate incidents, identify root causes, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Support Governance and Reporting: Manage data input and updates for systems like e-SWISS and coordinate scheduled waste collection with vendors.
- Execute Safety Programs and Campaigns: Contribute to safety awareness initiatives, such as the Hand Injury Safety Campaign, targeting live equipment and manual tasks.
- Contribute to Environmental Projects: Participate in key sustainability efforts, such as the STAR LAWWNE environmental project.
- Digitalize and Deliver Training: Assist in creating digital training content (e-learning) and support the delivery of HSE workshops for employees.
What You Need to Succeed
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in environmental science, Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or a related field
- CGPA of 3.0 or above is preferred
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Available internship for a minimum of 36 months
