Key Responsibilities

- Partner closely with clinical, nursing, administrative, and leadership teams to streamline workflows and improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage and develop high-performing teams, including managers, supervisors, team leaders, and frontline staff.
- Monitor workforce planning, staffing requirements, and resource allocation to support service demands and operational objectives.
- Champion patient-focused initiatives while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards.
- Lead strategic projects related to patient access, revenue cycle operations, service expansion, and healthcare transformation initiatives.

Requirements
- Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- At least 5 years of healthcare operations, clinical operations, patient access, revenue cycle, or related healthcare management experience.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams in a healthcare environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements, manage projects, and implement change initiatives.
- Analytical, resourceful, and capable of making sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in patient access, healthcare administration, clinic operations, or hospital operations will be highly advantageous.
