Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily healthcare operations, ensuring smooth delivery of patient access, pre-registration, scheduling, referral coordination, and administrative services.
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing process improvements that enhance patient experience, service quality, and organizational performance.
  • Partner closely with clinical, nursing, administrative, and leadership teams to streamline workflows and improve cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage and develop high-performing teams, including managers, supervisors, team leaders, and frontline staff.
  • Monitor workforce planning, staffing requirements, and resource allocation to support service demands and operational objectives.
  • Champion patient-focused initiatives while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards.
  • Lead strategic projects related to patient access, revenue cycle operations, service expansion, and healthcare transformation initiatives.
  • Analyze operational performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable business strategies.
  • Support financial stewardship through effective resource management, budgeting considerations, and operational planning.
  • Handle service recovery matters and resolve operational challenges with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellence.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
  • At least 5 years of healthcare operations, clinical operations, patient access, revenue cycle, or related healthcare management experience.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements, manage projects, and implement change initiatives.
  • Analytical, resourceful, and capable of making sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in patient access, healthcare administration, clinic operations, or hospital operations will be highly advantageous.
