Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to manage the operation, maintenance, and optimization of HVAC systems in a large-scale manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in industrial HVAC equipment, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Install, repair, and service HVAC equipment, including air compressors, chillers, vacuum pumps, dehumidifiers, and dust collection systems.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment faults to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to support plant operations.
• Maintain maintenance records and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and energy efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial HVAC operation and maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and industrial electromechanical equipment.
• Hands-on experience with air compressors, chillers, vacuum pumps, dehumidifiers, and dust collection systems.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure, perform overtime when required, and be based in Serendah, Selangor.
