Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and management of HVAC systems within a large-scale industrial facility. This role requires a strong technical background, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure optimal performance of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and management of HVAC systems in a large factory environment.
- Diagnose and resolve abnormal system issues promptly and effectively on site.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of various HVAC facilities, including but not limited to air compressors, chillers, vacuum pumps, dehumidifiers, and dust removal systems.
- Ensure all systems operate efficiently and in compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with other engineering and maintenance teams to support integrated electromechanical systems functionality.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, system performance, and issue resolutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and energy efficiency.
Qualifications
- College degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC system operation and maintenance within a large industrial or factory setting.
- In-depth understanding of HVAC system principles, processes, and equipment.
- Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of equipment such as air compressors, chillers, vacuum pumps, dehumidifiers, and dust removal systems.
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems.
