Key Responsibilitie

  • s:Provide first-level technical support for Warehouse Operations Systems and related application
  • s.Log, track, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within agreed service level
  • s.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and system maintenanc
  • e.Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders regarding incidents, updates, and resolution
  • s.Perform administrative tasks, including ticket management, reporting, and documentatio
  • n.Follow and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for support activitie
  • s.Support system testing, validation, and simulation exercises to ensure operational stabilit
  • y.Participate in rotational standby support after working hours and on weekends as require

  • s:Experience in Help Desk, IT Support, or Application Support role
  • s.Strong incident management and troubleshooting skill
  • s.Good communication and customer service abilitie
  • s.Experience coordinating with external vendors and internal stakeholder
  • s.Familiarity with SOP-driven environments, testing processes, and operational suppor
