Key Responsibilitie
- s:Provide first-level technical support for Warehouse Operations Systems and related application
- s.Log, track, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within agreed service level
- s.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and system maintenanc
- e.Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders regarding incidents, updates, and resolution
- s.Perform administrative tasks, including ticket management, reporting, and documentatio
