Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Be the main point of contact for customer queries.
- Handle staff queries via call, email, or chat.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve issues.
Administration:
- Assign tasks to colleagues and subcontractors.
- Manage payroll and general administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely response to information requests and queries.
Qualifications:
- Mandarin speaker
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in handling queries via call, email, and chat
- Team-oriented with good collaboration skills
- Experience with helpdesk systems is a plus
