Hexagon PAS PSI Support Specialist

We are looking for a Hexagon PAS PSI Support Specialist with 3–5 years of experience supporting Plant State Integrity systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting PSI issues, working with alarm and boundary management, and performing basic SQL queries for data validation.

You should be comfortable handling incidents and service requests in an ITIL-aligned environment, supporting functional areas such as Alarm Management, Control Loop Monitoring, and IPL Management. A solid understanding of plant operations, process parameters, and safe operating limits is essential.

In this role, you will:

• Troubleshoot PSI system issues and ensure smooth operations
• Work with alarms, boundaries, and control loop monitoring modules
• Perform SQL-based checks for data accuracy and validation
• Support incident and service request workflows
• Maintain SOPs and technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently
